2. No warranty of accuracy. We work hard to keep information current and sourced, and we date our data, but telehealth pricing, availability, and terms change frequently. We make no warranty that any content is accurate, complete, or current, and you should verify material details directly with any provider before purchasing.

3. Third-party sites. Links to telehealth providers and other third parties leave the Site. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, medical care, or privacy practices. Your relationship with any provider — including payment, subscriptions, cancellation, and care — is solely between you and that provider.

4. Affiliate relationships. Some links are compensated, as described in our Advertising Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Intellectual property. The Site's content, including our scores, methodology descriptions, text, and design, is owned by E2Q Enterprises, LLC and protected by law. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; you may not republish rankings or substantial portions, scrape the Site, or use our content to train commercial datasets, without written permission.

6. Acceptable use. You agree not to disrupt the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent affiliation with us.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, E2Q Enterprises, LLC and its members, officers, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
